The BP oil slick has reached the Loop Current and will grace Florida’s shores in a couple of days, where it then has the potential to drift up the East Coast. And that’s not the only bad news for the world’s most hated oil company.
The Environmental Protection Agency is asking BP to use less-toxic chemicals to break up the oil, since their current concoction could potentially damage the environment as much as the oil it was designed to dissipate. In related news: No one has a clue how many barrels are still leaking.
